I worked as a chef for a few years after leaving Hotel School, including a very short stint as haggis chef at Glasgow’s famed Ubiquitous Chip. I learned a lot… including that I didn’t want to be a chef.

Puerto Rican, Mexican and El Salvadorian are my current favourite cuisines, along with Memphis-style barbecue.
